What Causes Spinal Cord Myopathy?

I have spinal cord myopathy i have pain off and on in my wrist hands shoulders and my hands are numb i got out of bed one morning this week with a stff neck and pain was very dizzy that lasted till mid afternoon also have had spasams in my neck with out warnings could this be the cause of the myopathy ?

Sir its myelopathy in the cord , myopathy occurs in muscles, this is degeneration of the cord and can occur from trauma or infection.
