What Causes Spike In SGOT-184 And SGPT Levels?

Hi doc ,Gone throgh liver prfile test , SGOT-184,SGPT-140, alkaline phospahte -140. Feeling tirdness , normal urine and stool,diet is same . Pls suggest why is gone through high , some antibitics that docs given for abdominal infection that I take from last one week .

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your liver enzymes SGPT, SGOT, alkaline phosphatase all are high. It is seen in liver damage. It can be due to hepatitis, alcohol, drugs or toxins. You should search for the cause. Go for hepatitis profile. Stop the drugs which are known to cause liver damage. Take low fat diet. Avoid alcohol and smoking. Consult your doctor and plan accordingly.
