What Causes Spasms Under Rib Cage?
Hi, I get spasms under my ribcage on the right hand side - like a muscle tightening. Worse at night after evening meal and when in semi reclining position eg reading in bed. Abdominal ultrasound clear and GP couldn t feel anything that would cause it but still a bit worrying.

Well come to HCM
If I would be treating physician then I would treat this condition with following drugs because this could be due to Hyperacidity,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day
Avoid coffee, alcohol, smoking prior to bed eat more alkali diet, take care.
