What Causes Spasms On My Back?
Hello, I am having pain on my upper abbdoman and having pains on the left side between my back. I feel like small spasams and it has been going on for at least 2 hrs, I can t seem to get comfortable when I lay on my side I feel the spasams and when I lay on my back or sit in a chair the same thing keeps happening. Should I go to the ER?

It seems that you might be having renal colic as it has nothing to do with movements at back.
This type of spasmodic pain occurs in renal or intestinal colic.
Go for routine and microscopic urine check up.
