Hello and welcome to HCM,
A stabbing pain at the bottom of the rib cage could be due to pleural pain.
Pleura is the double layered covering of lungs.
Any kind of infection or inflammation of pleura causes stabbing kind of pain.
Thus, I suggest you to consult a pulmonogist for clinical assessment and relevant investigations like X-ray chest to look for probably cause of chest pain.
Tension headache may not be associated with the chest pain.
Tension headache can occur due to high bood pressure.
Thus, you need to get a general physical examination also to determine the cause of headache and thus plan further management.

Thanks and take care
