What Causes Soreness In Testicles?

Hi, I am 22 years old. 6'2 around 230 lbs. For last few days me left testicle has had some soreness. It only feels sore when I move and walk around. It more sore on the vein behind the testicle. I don't really see any swelling, but the left testicle hangs a bit lower and seems like a lot more lose skin. I am not sure if i just slept wrong or if it is an infection of some kind

HI
Well come to HCM
This may not be the exact pain but may give sensation like that, one of testes most of the time remains bit suspended than other one and this is normal phenomenon, for the pain you can have Tab Diclofenac 50 mg sustain releases once in day, but it is advisable to just bear the pain because this may go away even without the medicine because this could be nonspecific pain, hope this information helps, take care.
