What Causes Soreness In Left Upper Chest?
my blood pressure is usually 120 over 80. today I checked it and it was 150 over 72. I exercised on saturday and have soreness in my left upper chest. not sure if the soreness is from working out or heart related. not history of heart disease in family.

What is your age, your blood pressure seems to fluctuating, kindly get a cardiac evaluation in which the tread mill test will clear the position better.
