What Causes Soreness In Diaphragm Area, Lower Ribs And Back Tightness?

I have a hiatal hernia and Gerd. Lately I feel a soreness in my diaphragm area and lower ribs. My back feels tight. I feel uncomfortable and notice it more when I sit down. Could I have made my hernia worse? I was pulling on a small tree root.....

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the GERD then it can be managed with Tab Omeprazole 40 mg Domperidone 20 mg once in day at evening time, and for hiatus hernia better to have surgical opinion may needs surgery hope this information helps.
