What Causes Soreness And Small Blisters On The Gums?

Blisters & raw sore mouth on upper inside gums. Think I remember burning it on hot soup but if don t remember ever having such bad sores. Have had for a week & can t each or drink much of anything as everything stings & burns. Also have pain & pressure on one side of my face

Read and understood the history.
As per your history this sore may be due to hot soup. Being on a stretched surface, it causes too much pain and takes tie to heal.
I would advise you to consult an ENT or oral surgeon to confirm the diagnosis, get a clinical evaluations and treatment as may be necessary.
Avoid too hot or too cold food and beverages.
Take painkiller to keep pain at bay. and if the Doctor feels so, he shall give you the medicines as necessary.
