What Causes Soreness And Numbness In The Arm?

I m worried. For the past month, maybe even more, I ve had this problem: Sometimes after I eat I feel like my left arm is sore and numbish, yet still sore. I haven t had any chest pains other than one a few weeks ago. This also happened about a year ago to me, though it cleared up. I am left handed, I don t smoke or do drugs, I have asthma and I am 18 years old. Should I be worried?
