Hi I m a 19 year old male fit and healthy life style go to the gym and for a while my right nipple has started to get sore and I feels wet some time when my nipples are hard they are quite pussy and I m scared I been training for 2 years and it s only started now I don t take any testosterone tables or any supplements

I had gone through your question and can understand your concern very well.
I would like to tell you that sore nipples are common in athletes who are running constantly. Because you are young and quite active going in gym and must be doing hard work outs, your nipples are constantly rubbing your shirt or t-shirt and continuous rubbing will sometimes lead to soreness and even bleeding from nipple.
I would suggest you to apply moisturizer like Vaseline or any other gel to the affected nipple and make sure that you wear synthetic material shirt. This will surely resolve your problem within few days. So, don't worry, testosterone is not the issue in your case in my opinion, but if you feel like having gynecomastia, then you need to consult a doctor, otherwise no need to take stress, it will be resolved by itself.
