What Causes Sore Throat,nasal Congestion And Breathlessness?

hi, iv had a dry sore throat for a week now with a runny nose and its been very hard to breath at night now have a weird smell in my nose like rotting flesh kind of? a very foul oder also have had headaches and dissyness as well as some nausea the last few days. any ideas on what it may be?

Hi,
I understand your query.
sore throat,runny nose, nasal congestion,difficulty in breathing you have seems to be allergic with possibly secondary infection ( viral / bacterial)
. -Blood changes because of allergy cause involvement of respiratory passage & breathlessness.
-Inflammation& blockage of of sinuses with excess nasal secretions give rotten smell to nasal secretions.,
-Blocking of Eustachian tube leads to dizziness & nausea.
* self care ( vapor inhalation, avoiding allergens,avoiding cold ,fried,sour eatables), Investigations ( TLC/DLC), consultation of ENT specialist & medicines ( anti allergic, hetrazan, cough syrups, bronchodialaters ) as per advise would help.
