What Causes Sore Throat,headache And Fatigue While Suffering From Glandular Fever?
Hi i have had blood tests and been diagnosed with glandular fever I ve had the symptoms for around 12 weeks and they arent getting better only worse really sore throat, struggling to swallow, headaches, fatigue and aching , I am also a type 1 diabetic is this normal is there anything I can do

Glandular fever is caused by epstein barr virus.
Since it is a viral fever it is self limiting.
Kindly take pain killers and antipyretics like paracetamol 500mg 6th hourly or other pain killers like ibuprofen to bring down the fever.
Drink lots of fluids to maintain hydration.
Take lots of rest.
