What Causes Sore Throat,cough And Lump In Tongue After Food Poisoning?

44 female, Coughing since Jan 30th. Started with Food posioning symptoms for a week then coughing, sore throat, jaw locked up for a week then went away. a week later i noticed a pea sized lump in my tongue towards the fron. It hurt originally now it dosen t. my bowel movements have also gone hay wire. Yellow and mucus looking for three days. today hasn t been like that though.

Allergic condition is very likely and this could take some time to come around till then cough suppressant can be tried.
For the mouth lesion this need to be kept under observation for any changes.
Yellow mucus like may be nonspecific if does not have any specific symptoms.
Advise:
Be patience everything would be fine
X-ray chest is advisable to rule out some etiologies
Medication:
"Guaifenesin" syrup for cough
Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day (On tentative basis ) for five days
Take care.
