As per your complain sore throat can b due to bacterial or viral throat infection or can also be due to acid reflux while diarrhoea that too is mild can be due to infection in intestine and both seems not to be serious issue and can be resolved easily. You should consult a General Physician and get evaluated and treatment can be planned according to the cause.. If there is infection in throat antibiotics and warm saline gargles will relieve. For acid reflux proton pump inhibitors like Pantoprazole, antacids like Milk of magnesia, avoiding spicy and acidic foods and drinking plenty of water will help.. For diarrhoea antibacterial medication like Lomofen will relieve.. The next complain that you have is white coating on tonge that can be due to oral fungal infection known as Thrush and you need to consult an Oral Physician and if thrush is diagnosed antifungal medicines like Nystatin mouthwash, clotrimazole lozenges and taking Probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic will help..
