I develop a severe sore throat on Saturday and now on Tuesday seems better. On Sunday I began having stiff muscles on my legs, feeling heavy, then I took Tylenol Complete for 2 tablets every 6 hours, but I felt heavy. On Monday I went to see a doctor, and he told me it is a virus and said I could take Tylenol plain and rest for Tuesday and Wednesday because it may be contagious. Today is Tuesday I still feel tired and constantly fall to sleep for an hour or so. When I slept, it often woke up by a sudden click on my head. My eye sight is still poor though I need reading glasses when I am reading but my eyes are tired if I read for 15 minutes or so. I still feel hot and cold alternatively but two days I check there was not a fever. I am 55 years old, female. Do you think the symptoms are more complicated than a common cold or flu? I will see a doctor again tomorrow.
