What Causes Sore Throat And Cough?
Hello,
My boyfriend presented with symptoms approx 1 1/2 weeks ago with body aches and low grade fever with no other symptoms. He has had these same symptoms off and on for the past 1 1/2 weeks. I was exposed to him and only had aches in my outer buttocks/thigh area for about a week which i thought was unusual since I didn't present with other symptoms. Then Wed night after working out, I felt hot and cold. Took my temp and had a temp of 101. I took 2 ASA and sweated all night. fever finally broke in the morning and the aches were gone after taking 2 doses of ASA. I felt fine the next day with no other symptoms like sore throat, cough...etc. I do not have the aches at this time. It's just I have never had these symptoms without being really sick. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The chances of viral infection is very likely and some time this could take a week to come around if even after a week symptoms does nor improved then this could be brought to investigations, but most of the time this comes around, take care.
