If needed investigation with digital chest x ray done along with auscultation ... Here according to severity treatment given for which if needed spirometry can be done .. You need to take decongestent like phenylephrine ... For nasal congestion oxymetazoline nasal drop can be given... Steam inhalation useful... Avoid smoking and alcohol.... You need to given empirical antibiotic like levofloxacin 500 mg OD for five days .. Drink more water With keeping this suggestion in mind consult physician or pulmonologist ... Take care
