What Causes Sore Throat Along With Pain In The Ears And Chest?

Sore throat, ears hurt when I swallow, mild drainage in the evening, dry cough, chest hurts, lung area hurts in my back. No fever. Should I just wait this out or set up an appointment. These symptoms (sore throat, ears, mild drainage) have lasted a week. Chest and lungs hurting have just started. Could this just be allergies or something more severe?
