What Causes Sore Red Bumps Like Pimples On Arms?

I have red bumps on my arms that resemble pimples, but there is no liquid or puss coming out of them. The do NOT itch at all but hurt or seem sore only if I touch them. They started about one month ago and when it seems that they are clearing up, the next day or by the end of that same night there are more of them. It started out as only a couple on my left arm which I figured I got bit by something paying them no attention, but they are getting worse and I don t want them to spread all over.

Brief..Diagnosis can be Contact dermatitis
detail..
Have you noticed which type of jewllary you have been using for one month,If it would be because of insect bite or allergy you would have got itching too.But as there is no itching so most probably contact dermatitis.
But most of the skin problems need to be seen by doctor to evaluate.Unless diagnosis is done you should wear light cotton clothes,do not use jewllary for some time and use clean and unused towels.
