What Causes Sore Ear And Discharge From Ear?
I have a very bad drainage behind both ears it is also very sore. As the drainage dries on the back of the ear it becomes more painful and sore they drain so bad that I can peel away large flacks from behind my ears. It also has a very foul smell what could this be I have used antifungel meds Lotrimin AF as well as Cortizone 10 it seems to get better and start to heal up but if I miss a day of not rotating using the 2 creams it gets really sore and alot of drainage all over again it has been this way for over a month.

first drainage of pus from ur ear needs to be confirmed whether it's fungal or bacterial .
if discharge is continuous, there may be a perforation in ur ear tympanic membrane.
first try to keep ur dry clean by not allowing water to enter ur ear and complete the medicines course .
then go for otoscope examination
