What Causes Soft And Lighter Bowels While Eating Gluten Products?

I have been eating gluten free for 4 months and recently i have had some pain in my upper right side near gallbladder and liver. I had CT Scan, Ultrasound and lab and stool samples. Everthing is normal. I started eating breads and gluten products again and now my bowels have changed. They are soft and lighter in color. If I eat Sweet Potato they change to and orange shade and its been 10days?? What could be causing this
