What Causes Smelly Stools And Sweetish Body Odor?

I have a sweet almost nutty smell that follows me, it tends to have a fecal or curdled undertone. I have asked friends/family and they say its not me. I have determined that it IS me. It comes from the lower half of my body but I am not sure where. I am frequently gassy. I have reoccuring pain in my lower abdomen. My stools are very smelly (also somewhat sweet). I often feel a sensation that something very small is sliding back into my rectum after a movement and sometimes my anus itself smells a bit fishy. I am lethargic and constantly tired/anxious/stressed. HELP! What is wrong with me? Any information that will help me know where to begin is appreciated!

I studied your query in all its details and understood your health concerns.
Cause and Remedy-
In my opinion the cause of the sweet /curdled faecal smell is colonic infection / or chronic colitis and needs to be investigated and treated accordingly.
I would advise you to with advise of ER Surgeon for your case who would investigate and treat colitis and proctitis ( which is causing some feeling in the rectum after stool movement.
