What Causes Smelly Stools After Quitting Smoking?

i recently quit smoking cigs and I read that the clean up of your lungs the toxins get released through your solid waste and I notice a stronger smell to my solid waste can that be the cause? along with the fact that I can smell everything n everything stinks to me now.

The smelling problem is just your nerves in your nose recovering from the smoking

The smelly stools would not be related to stopping smoking but you should have a stool sample sent to the lab for cultures since this could be a bacterial intestinal infection
