What Causes Small Red Spots On The Penis After Intercourse?

I had unprotected sex with a friend Sunday night (and with her about 2-3 nights prior). Monday morning I noticed somewhat of a rash or abrasion just below the head of my penis with a few red dots. Now it looks a little darker as I m assuming it had dried up. Normally I wash right after sex, this time, laziness got the best of me. The area is the size a dime or smaller. I was tested for STDs in March and was clean and only had sex with my ex 2 months prior to this. My friend said she was clean after her annual check up last month. I feel fine, just a little irritation. Not sure if an STD would show up this quick

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If you send me a picture of the rash then it will be more helpful for identying it. It is most likely a fungal infection. But better to show your GP and rule out. For fungal infections i treat my patients with ointments with combination of antifungal like miconazole and corticosteroid flucinolone. Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
