Hello,

Welcome to healthcare magic.

From your history and description, I would consider the possibility of cherry angiomas. These are harmless red spots which occur with advancing age and can be left alone without treatment.

As far as the moles are concerned, I would suggest you to get them evaluated to rule out dysplastic moles if they are growing in size, changed colour, itchy or or if they are oozy or crusted.

Hope this helps you.

Take care.
