What Causes Small Red Patches On The Face?

I have a red patch on my face beside my mouth. it is not a cold sore but it sort of looks like tiny zits that pop up. if i pop them, mostly clear liquid comes out. they go away when i use a topical steroid but i do not wish to keep putting that on my face as it can change skin color and thickness. i was recently allergy tested for the common allergens and came back negative.

Dear writer,

When did this patch start and do you have any other symptoms with it? (Itchiness, increasing in size, pain, etc). May I ask about your diet? You may be deficient in vitamins such as Vitamin B, C and Magnesium. May I suggest that you opt for Vitamin B complex and Magnesium (you may find the spray helpful). You may find multivitamins easier to purchase and consume more fresh fruits and vegetables. Please do not use topical steroids. They can irritate your skin.
