Hygiene problem: If you not wash penis area, segma that is deposited under fore skin irritate penile area and produce reaction 2. Till that time you can take single dose treatment of following drug: AZEE 1000 mg TINI 1 G ZOCON 150 mg 2. Avoid sex till you clear from infection 3. Use safer sex practice: Use condom, Dental dams 4. Maintain hygiene after sex 5. If fever: Tablet Paracetamol 500 mg BD 6.Tablet cetrizine 5 mg BD orally 7. If not resolved, do screening test for all above disease. 8. Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry 9.
