What Causes Small Red Itchy Bumps On The Wrist And Ear?

My left wrist started itching badly yesterday, so bad it looks like rug burn. I was rubbing it on my cloths to itch it. It is swollen. Today the right one is swollen and itchy and my ears are red and itchy behind them. Also, the back of my neck at my hairline feels bumpy and itchy.

It seems like acute urticaria. You might have been in contact with some material you are allergic to. Take tablet kestine 5mg (ebastine) x PO x BD and apply Nerisone cream (diflucortisone) x BD on affeced area. If not relieved seek help of dermatologist.
