What Causes Small Itchy Blisters On The Nose?

Hi, I have small itchy blisters on my nose, above one nostril and a couple on the bridge of my nose. What might be the cause of this. I had this before just around the same nostril, which healed but left a red scar or discoloration in that spot.

It is mostly due to some fungal infection for which he can take some antibiotic like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil for redness and itching. Apply betnovate-c or clobit-gm cream locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
