What Causes Small Hair Patch On Eyelids?

hi doctor..i have recently dicovered a small hair patch on my eyelids..i neer had it before and i wanted to know is it normal? its away from my eyebrows right about my eyelashes but in a patch..is there something i need to be concerned about and how do i get rid of it?

It appears to be dermoid or teratoma patches. It can be excised or cautrisedso that is removed There is nothing to worry but it effect the cosmetic appearance It has bad cosmetic appearance
