What Causes Small Bump On Eyelid Post Spider Bite?

I believe I was bitten by a spider on my eyelid...8 weeks ago. Swelling went down after 3 days. Now, I am left with what feels like a hard round cyst. What would be the treatment? No open sore...just what looks like a small ball bearing lump in my eyelid.

Thankyou for the question
Brief..Your eyelid bump needs to be evaluated by Doctor (it could be a stye)
Detail..as insect bite can cause swelling ,but it should be temporarily,if it persist with cystic form ,it may be filled with water or pus.Further it should be evaluated by your doctor as there can be other causes too.(for example ..bacterial infection, chalazia, small tissue pocket etc
Hopefully my answer is helpfull for you
You can ask further.
