What Causes Slurred Speech, Dizziness And Nausea?

hello,
my brother has been experiencing some weird syptoms ..
this happened 3 times before
his hands go numb and he gets really dizzy
this just happens randomly during the day
sometimes he cant talk properly..
he is currently in this condition
he feels as if he is going to vomit right now
he is 15, last time it happened, we went to the hospital but they checked and said everythings okay it usually wares off after a while ...

This is common problem in teenagers.....its all psychotic component.
You need to address the cause of its emotional instability.
Sometimes there are particular situations when person behaves like this.
