What Causes Slow Growth In Right Leg ?

Dear sir, I am Muchlisyam from Indonesia 60 years old, Male, My Question about my son, He is Mhd Yalzamul Insan Male, 22 Years old, Weight 66 kg and height 167 cm, he had surgery on the right leg when he was eight years old, because his right foot are smaller than the left foot and Doctor orthopaedi cut to the right shin and pulled slowly for 1 month and created a buffer of iron and tendons on the heels legs jointed, and has returned almost to normal, now He has 22 years old but his right legs slow growth than left legs, so that his right leg and right hand also smaller, please considerations are a good way to normalize the two legs for the same, thank you

There are techniques to lengthen the limb by surgery. Please consult an orthopedic surgeon who should be able to guide you.
