hello, i can understand your concerns..
u have hypothyroidism and for that u are taking levothyroxine 50mcg..i will suggest u to go for thyroid function testing once again if u havent gone for it in last 2 months... abnormal functioning of thyroid can lead to worsening of depression and other anxiety symptoms..
the dose of zoloft is very low, u can increase the dose upto 200 mg aa day..so increase to 100mg at night and after 15 days 150 mg..like that..
along with this u can take anxiolytics like klonopin 0.5 mg three times a day...can take 2 tabs at night for sound sleep..gradually decrease the dose after 15 days and come to a lower level within 6 weeks..

u can also take tablet propranolol [inderal 10 mg] twice a day for control of the anxiety..

actually in a female the mood swings are common before and during the periods, this is because of the hormonal changes..it is called premenstrual dysphoric syndrome and if it is severe then it becomes premenstrual dysphoric disorder [PMS AND PMDD]. read about this from internet and understand your symptoms...

i hope this advice will be helpful to u..best of luck
