What Causes Sleeplessness At The Age Of 40?

helo i am 40 yrs serving govt job i have some problem that i cant sleep at night i also not much thinking some time my brain giving some shock and i feel i just awak up please give me advice what i do my weight is 72kg height 5'-9" i have not taken any medicin before and this problem is not from long time just last month its started no family or other tension

Welcome here

Practice some sleep hygiene habits. You will see improvement:
Avoid daytime nap.
Avoid tea coffe alcohol at bedtime.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing, yoga and meditation.
Associate your bed only with sleep. Do keep lying on bed idly or while watching tv, reading a boom.
Take a warm water bath and consume a glass of warm milk at bedtime.
Avoid heavy fatty meals at bedtime.
