What Causes Sleeplessness After Stopping Premarin?
I AM A 68 yr old female. I was taken off Premerian last July and was told to take Black Cohosh. I can not sleep at night without taking a pill. The night sweats wake me up 3 to 4 times a night. Even without the sweats I am just not sleepy. Last night I Went to bed at 1:00 am and woke up at 3:30. I have been awake ever since. What can I do?

Because of anxiety and depression this could developed insomnia, in my opinion better try yoga, exercise, meditation would work in very nice way, else this can be managed with Tab Alprazolam 0.5 mg once in day at bed time and this would bring good sleep, no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
