What Causes Sleeping Problems, Headaches And Breast Pain?

I can't sleep at night, I keep getting headaces, my boobs hurt bad. I have my tubes cut and tied, I have cyist on my overies and I'm on birthcontrol to stop my periods. I'm a 30 year old white female. I have been having really bad pain on my right side of my overies for 5 or more years. The cyist are on my left side. They have seen them and felt them.

It appears from your compliants, that you re having sleep and headache problem which is secondary to the poor pain control that is your ovaries related problem. A possible somatic compliants that are again due to stress secondary to your underlying medical condition.
I suggest for your primary ovarian related issues you consult an expert gynaecologist, as he may guide you with is expertise.
For the secondary problems like disturbed sleep and body-headaches, I suggest a short course of antidepressant like SSRI group of drugs with a short course of benzodiazepines to restore sleep will help. If there is any pain, it need to be dealt with analgesic as it can be an imp cause for your sleep problems. A psychiatrist will definitely help you to deal with the stress and related problems.
