Hello,
With the limted information provided we can say that possibily you have primary sleep problem, short sleep time without an apparent cause.
The sleep deprevation looks like leading to headaches in day time ( coz there has not been sufficient rest at night).

Get your blood pressure checked, if required, treat it.

If everything else is like previous in life and there is nothing evident which could have been affecting your sleep, you will get help by taking clonazepam 0.5-1mg at night for a week and then taper and try to stop.

Also please avoid taking alcohol and smoking if you do it even occasionally.

Taking medicine for sometime will not pose any danger of addiction.

Get well soon!
