What Causes Skin To Peel In The Palm Along With Itching?

What could cause skin to peel on palms of my hands and itching? I started using gloves to wash dishes so as not to touch dish soap, stopped using my usual hand lotion. No change in any soaps. I used Gold Bond lotion which did not help. I went to a local pharmacy and they suggested Eucerin which did not help. I do have psoriasis on other areas but this peeling skin is different, but I did try the cream I have for that but it didn t help. Sometimes I ll notice a brown spot like a pimple which lasts a few days then fades away. This is only on the palms of my hands. Thank you.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities are there as long as the given symptoms are concern one is eczema and second is contact dermatitis in either of this case good moisturizing agent can be tried which contain, liquid paraffin, lactic acid, and steroid (Beclomethasone or other) better try to avoid the hand gloves hope this information helps.
