What Causes Skin Tears Outside The Vagina?

I am trying to figure out why I have so many skin tears around the outside of the vaginia, from the very start of the line going back to the anal opening. I have had a yeast infection and have been treated but the tears remain and I noticed more. Make for alot of stinging when I urinate

I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due fungal infection and dryness.Secondary bacterial infection also supervene in that.For such cases i advise ointments with combination of antifungals like miconazole, corticosteroids like clobetasol and antibiotic gentamycin.I also advise not to use irritants like soap for washing the genital are which can make the condition worse.You can use warm water or saline to wash the area.Hope this may help you.
