What Causes Skin Tags On Labia?

Hi there, yesterday I saw a skin tag- like structure on my labia, close to my clitoral area...I m afraid of genital warts despite I hv not had any sex before except I did it once with a girl because we were both drunk... I do not hv bumps but only one tag that is visible.. I do biking, and the saddle is a bit too high..so I m wondering if it is due to the fiction? Can I forward you a picture of the so called skin tag?

Hi,

The lesion you described may be either skin tag or verruca. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

Blood tests may be done to rule out HIV,DM or other internal diseases.

In both the cases, treatment remains same..i.e. electrocautery. It is a minor procedure done under local anaesthesia in OPD.

I hope you got my answer.
