What Causes Skin Discoloration On Penis Post Intercourse?

I have discoloration of the skin around my penis, just below the head. This began a day or two after my wife and I resumed our sexual relationship after four years without. We have been quite aggressive and frequent for the last week. The skin has lightened noticeably, there is no pain, no itch, no dryness at all. Also a couple of light patches on my scrotum - again, no pain, etc. These are not bumps or blisters, simply lighter skin tone.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. If you send a close picture of it then it will be more helpful in identifying the problem. It can be due to yeast infection most likely. In such case if you were my patient then I would suggest ointment containing combination of anti fungal agents like Terbinafine , antibacterial like Gentamicin and corticosteroid like Clobetasol for local application. Avoid soaps and irritants on genital area. You can use warm water for washing.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
