What Causes Skin Darkening And Severe Lower Back Pain?

I am 60 years old male. I suffer a constant pain in the lower region of the heart and my face is darkening -- my entire face . What caused this condition and how can i treat? i suffer a severe lower back pain constantly also and all the symptoms make me feel weak and tired all the time

If there is increased pigmentation along with tiredness, one possibility is Addison's disease. It is deficiency of adrenal secretions. The patient gets pigmentation, tiredness, weight loss and low blood pressure, muscle and joint pains, etc.
You should consult a doctor. She/he will examine you, order necessary blood tests and depending on diagnosis prescribe proper medicines.
