What Causes Skin Blemishes?
I have several blemishes that appeared on my upper thighs by my butt and my inner thigh. Nothing on my private parts. The largest ones are on my right leg close to my buttocks and wraps around to the inner thigh and there are many small red marks on my butt cheeks.

It seems to be fungal infection if there is associated itching and scaling
So get KOH mount testing done to confirm fungal infection or send some good photos of the lesions to me as fungal infections could also be diagnosed by characteristic appearance of the lesions.
Try to get diagnosed as soon as posible as if its a fungal infection than it will spread to other body parts and also to other persons who will come in your contact
