What Causes Sinus Infection?
Have had a persistent cold for 12 days now. Can usually knock it out in a couple of days. Someone said if it s not responding to over-the-counter cold remedies, it s probably a sinus infection. Some congestion & quite fatigued . . though still doing all my chores. Any help is appreciated.

Sinus infection could be caused by bacteria, virus, or an allergic reaction as well. if it is bacterial, antibiotics would be the remedy. if it's viral, then it is self-limiting. and if it's an allergic reaction, staying away from allergens and anti-histamines should solve the problem.
