What Causes Sinus Headaches Along With Foot And Leg Cramps?
Hello,
I have bulging discs in my neck and lower back and have had several steroid shots which have helped but I am noticing (and getting worse) sinus headaches every morning and now the headaches last into the day. I also have had foot cramps very often and some leg cramps but when I was in swim aerobics I had the worst cramp I've ever had in my shin of all places. I was glad I was in water because I couldn't use the leg, pictures of having to call an ambulance to help were in my head it was that bad. I guess my questions is could all of this be related to bulging discs. Thank you

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have sinus headaches along with foot and leg cramps. Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to certain reasons like headache may be due to sinusitis or migraine and le pain is probably due disc problem . I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for sinusitis and get prescribed antibiotics along with anti inflammatory , decongestant and expectorant . Also consult orthopedic surgeon for disc problem . Doctor may order CT scna and MRI along with physical examination . Doctor may prescribe physical therapy along with muscle relaxant . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
