What Causes Silent Sinus Syndrome?

MRI on brain and optical nerves result complete opacification of the right maxillary sinus with mild inferior descent of the right orbital floor. The right uncinat process is lateral iced with with obstruction of right ostiomeatal unot. The findings suggest silent sinus syndrome and setting of chronic right maxillary sinus disease. Also mild partial opacification of the mastodon air cells. What does this mean?

I really appreciate your concern, given MRI report could be suggestive of chronic sinusitis, but it need to be correlate with the clinical condition for which it is being done else this is nothing to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
