What Causes Sickness In The Stomach During Pregnancy?

Hello how are you? Iam 39 weeks & 5 days pregnant for some reason I ve been feeling sick to my stomach all day is this a sign that labor is near? My doctor has checked my cervix & has saud he feels baby head but when he press on my pelvis(checking from outside) he claim he did not feel baby s head. Does this mean baby head is not engaged yet? He ordered a ultrasound & came back baby head was down but im very confused on why he could not feel baby head through pelvis. I am 3cm & 50% if that helps any also ive been having back pain, pressure in bottom &cotractions that becomes regular for hours but that stops, was seen in e.r but because my cervix didnt change & contractions was every 10mins for 3 hours then changed to irregular I was sent home. Can you please help me with these questions please

Hi...I think you are having false labour pain..so don't worry about this.. If you feel pain in abdomen along with back ache every 10-15 minutes interval with passage of watery discharge from birth canal then it is true labour pain...back pain indicates dilatation of cervix..
