What Causes Sickness And Burning Sensation In Stomach?

I am 39, had a hystorectomy 12 years ago and for the past year I wake up every morning feeling sick to my stomach with a burning sensation. I know I should eat something but feel to sick to. And lately I'll feel so hungry but after 3 bites I I cant even finish to swallow the third bite brcause I feel as if I do I will get sick.

Avoid heavy food at night
Little head end elevation
Tab. Nexium before breakfast
Frequent less quantity meals
Sleep 2 hours after dinner

If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
